SprintDynamic Sports Consultancy (SDSC) was established in September, 2008 by Track & Field (T&F) coach Tan Wei Leong and his team of coaches.
SD Sports Consultancy’s main focus is the identification and development of youth T&F athletes in Singapore schools.
Through its coaching programmes, SD Sports Consultancy’s athletes will not only realize their maximum athletic potential but also gain valuable character-building life lessons through sportsmanship. To do so, SD Sports Consultancy coaches work closely with athletes, schools and parents to build strong relationships.

Coaches and Results
SD Sports Consultancy’s coaches are variously accredited with the Singapore National Registry of Coaches (NROC), International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), Australia Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA), International Red Cross (First Aid), SAA Technical Official Certificate etc.
Together, they bring their respective niche areas of T&F coaching expertise to the team, allowing SD Sports Consultancy to offer comprehensive and professional coaching and related services.
Tan is a multiple National Coach Recognition Award recipient. His coaching team includes Elwin Yong, Roger Tan and Donovan Ong who have wide schools coaching experience, as well as Azmi Ibrahim and Md Zamarudi who were Asian and SEA Games medalists in sprints and jumps respectively, and M Rameshon, the Singapore marathon national record holder.
Over the last three years, even before SD Sports Consultancy’s formal founding, its coaches have helped their schools and athletes clinch medals at Asian Junior, SEA Junior, WALA, and National Schools Championships.
For instance, Tan has coached SD Sports Consultancy -affiliated Ang Mo Kio Primary School’s T&F team to four National Schools Championship divisional titles in the last three years, rewriting five records along the way.
